Yiddish New York (YNY) at the Heller Museum at HUC-JIR/New York

The annual Yiddish New York (YNY) Arts Exhibition, a special highlight of the annual YNY Festival, will present an exhibition of the works of dozens of artists, curated by Tine Kindermann and Deborah Ugoretz. Entitled “HOPE/LESS,” the show explores the thin line between hope and hopelessness, and asks how creative artists gain inspiration from both.

The opening reception will feature a special performance by internationally-renowned Yiddish singer and actress Eleanor Reissa.

The exhibition will be on view December 20-22 and 27-29, 2022, and January 3-5, 2023.
