The JPS TANAKH: Gender-Sensitive Edition (RJPS)

Rabbi Beth Lieberman, Instructor, Homiletics and Writing Center Director recently served as literary editor and a revising translator of the JPS TANAKH: Gender-Sensitive Edition (RJPS), available on Sefaria.org and in hardcover from The Jewish Publication Society. It is the first Jewish gender-sensitive translation of the full Hebrew Bible and renews and revises the iconic Jewish Publication Society Bible translation to reflect advances in scholarship and changes in English while maintaining utmost fidelity to the original Hebrew.
