Graduation and Ordination

Apply to Graduate

Students at Hebrew Union College must apply for graduation the semester prior to their anticipated graduation date. Students must complete the appropriate application form by the deadline listed in the Academic Calendar.

• Students completing a certificate or a degree should complete the Diploma Certificate Application 2025-2026
• Students who are being ordained should complete the Ordination Application 2025-2026 

Replacement Certifications, Diplomas, or Ordination Documents

Alumni who would like to order a replacement or additional certification, diploma, or ordination document must complete the Replacement Diploma or Ordination Document form. Once completed, a member of the Registrar’s Office will reach out with next steps. Please note that there is a fee associated with replacement documents.
