Virtual New Album Release: From Such Sparks—Choral Music of Cantor Gerald Cohen

Join Adam Reinwald and Hebrew Union College Faculty Member Cantor Gerald Cohen for a virtual conversation as they share behind-the-scenes stories from their residency and talk about the creation of the album From Such Sparks—Choral Music of Gerald Cohen. The album is a culmination of Cohen’s collaboration with Kantorei as their 2024-25 composer-in-residence and includes a selection of some of his favorite works that he has composed over the past 15 years. It is the first of Cohen’s albums devoted to choral music. He is also a soloist on the album, along with Hazzan Joanna Dulkin.
