Lisa B. Frankel graduated from the Ohio State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Business Administration. She began work at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in July of 1985 as the assistant to the National Director of Admissions where she assisted in the development of a program of recruitment for the College-Institute. Later she became the Administrative Director of the Office of Alumni Relations. Frankel joined The Marcus Center professionals in 1999 and became Director of Programs & Administration, working with the executive director to develop and promote innovative programs, obtain and administer grants, and oversee staff and special projects. Frankel completed the E.M.A. program and obtained her M.A.R.E from Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion and currently serves as the Director of Educational Outreach at the American Jewish Archives (AJA). She lives in Cincinnati with her husband, Steven, and has two married children, Ellyn and Daniel Romes, and Micah and Morgan Frankel, who live in Denver, CO.
