Amy Swiatek

A member of the Institutional Advancement team, Amy Swiatek is the Senior Director of Development Communications at HUC-JIR. In this role, she works with the IA team to inform, engage, and inspire a diverse, international, and intergenerational audience of HUC alumni, donors, and partners through marketing and communications.

Most recently, Amy was the Director of Marketing at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. She oversaw a team of 12 creative professionals, setting the strategic direction for the overall marketing efforts of the organization. This team utilized storytelling to inspire philanthropic support, enhance donor engagement, and inspire community involvement.

Amy began her career in marketing working at Gensler, a global architecture, design, planning, and consulting firm. She lives in Philadelphia and enjoys traveling and spending time outside.
