Patty Beck graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1969 with a BS in Education degree. She taught 6th grade Language Arts/Social Studies at Kilgour Elementary School in Cincinnati for 4 years. She manages her own business, Not Just Jewelry, a fine jewelry and gift boutique founded in 1990. She has been the Vice President of Employee Benefits and Interior Design for Janus Hotels and Resorts for over 25 years.
Patty has been on the Temple Beth El of Boca Raton Board of Trustees since 1988 serving on numerous committees, and as several Vice Presidents, Secretary, and the longest serving President, from 2010-2015. Patty also serves on the Board of Governors for Hebrew Union College- Jewish Institute of Religion (HUC-JIR). She serves on the board of trustees of Donna Klein Jewish Academy and Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach counties, in Boca Raton, Florida.
Patty is the proud Nana of Hunter, Julia, Emma, Lylah, Lariah, Lacee, Lincoln, and Zivi.
