The spiritual heart of the New York campus, the Petrie Synagogue is a laboratory for students’ spiritual and professional development, offering fine acoustics, accessibility, and flexible seating for worship and performance. It features the “12 Tribes” stained glass windows, Torah Ark, and Eternal Light designed by Yaacov Agam; sculptor Jeffrey Brosk’s Reading Table, Tzedakah Box, and Elijah Chair; and Yael Lurie and Jean Pierre Larochette’s hand-woven Reading Table tapestry.
