Michelle Dillingham began her career in social work helping individuals and families in Cincinnati meet their basic needs such as food, shelter, and medical care. During her coursework for an MSW in Administrative Social Work in 2004, she was captivated by the possibility to effect change at a broad, systemic level. Since then, her work has specialized in organizational development and advocacy. She is currently the CEO of Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati allowing her the opportunity to make a measureable impact on the growth of organizations who work for economic and social justice and a healthy environment. Michelle has a life-long commitment to working for social justice, and enjoys helping to ignite this passion in others.
