 New York Kollel Presents 8th Annual Tikkun Leil Shavuot: Study, Films, Music, Performance All Night Long - Sunday, June 12 Mark your calendars for the New York Kollel's 8th Annual Tikkun Leil Shavuot on Sunday evening, June 12th, at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, One West 4th Street, New York City. We'll begin with Ma'ariv at 8:30 PM and then at 9 PM swing into our usual full night of study till 5 AM, ending with Shacharit for the righteous remnant. Among those teaching will be Dennis Shulman, Bruce Smith, Freema Gottlieb, Art Feinglass, Sue Oren, Ruth Gais and many more. Classes are every hour on the hour. As usual, we'll have lots of cheesecake and coffee and other tasty refreshments. New this year is our all-night Jewish Film and Filmmakers festival which will include films by Alan Berliner, Jacob Okada, Aaron Soffin, and others. Also, there will be a coffee house with jazz and klezmer and more, and members of the Avodah dance troupe will perform. All for free and love of torah. Come for an hour or stay all night.
