The Rhea Hirsch School of Education (RHSOE) Alumni Association is thrilled to announce that Lisa Langer, RJE, has begun her term as the Chair of the Alumni Association.
Lisa Langer, RJE, is a 1994 graduate of the RHSOE and the School of Jewish Nonprofit Management. Lisa serves as a clinical faculty member for the Executive M.A. Program in Jewish Education at HUC-JIR, and the Associate Director of the B'nai Mitzvah Revolution, a joint project of HUC-JIR and the Union for Reform Judaism. She has served as an educational leader at HUC-JIR, the URJ, the Bureau of Jewish Education in San Francisco, and Congregation Beth Am in Los Altos Hills, California. She has served as visiting lecturer and Alumna-in-Residence at HUC-JIR's Jack H. Skirball Campus in Los Angeles. Lisa lives in Menlo Park, California with her husband, Dan K. Siegel, and their sons, Jacob and Ben.
Lisa is joined in her leadership by Rachel Margolis '05, as Vice Chair; Ellen Lefkowitz '99, as Past Chair; Beth Nichols '07, and Bradley Cohen '10, as Representatives to the Council of Alumni Associaitons; Lauren Luskey '10, as Communications Chair; and over 20 other alumni who serves as chairs of the many working groups of the Association.
