Rabbi David Ellenson Meets With President Obama in Advance of Presidential Visit to Israel

Rabbi David Ellenson and other national Jewish leaders met with President Obama at the White House on Thursday, March 7, 2013 to discuss the President's upcoming trip to Israel.

“It was an honor to meet with the President about his upcoming trip to Israel and the Middle East. As Jews and as Americans, we take pride in our President's visit to the spiritual homeland of the Jewish people worldwide. We expressed our hopes for peace and security for Israel and stability in the region and thanked the President for his commitment to the abiding and vital links between the United States and Israel."
