 News from HUC-JIR's Kalsman Institute on Judaism and Health Right now, all across the country, Jewish families are struggling to find matching stem-cell or marrow donors as their only hope for fighting blood cancers and diseases such as Leukemia and Lymphoma. The best chance of finding a match for a patient is from within the same ethnic community… and Jewish patients need more Jewish donors to find a match.
