Rabbi Andrea Weiss Named Scholar-in-Residence at Temple Israel of New Rochelle

Rabbi Andrea Weiss, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Bible at HUC-JIR/NY and Associate Editor of The Torah: A Women's Commentary, will be the Sid and Ruth Lapidus Scholar in Residence at Temple Israel of New Rochelle on March 20-21, 2009.  Rabbi Weiss will speak at Erev Shabbat Service Friday night and lead an expanded Torah Study on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m.  Visit www.tinr.org.
