Military Chaplaincy Rabbinical School Scholarship Offered at HUC-JIR

HUC-JIR has partnered with the Jewish Community Centers Association and Jewish Welfare Board to offer the Irving S. Weinstein Military Rabbinical School Scholarship, a generous new scholarship program for those considering the military chaplaincy. With a commitment to serve in the armed forces for three years after ordination, this scholarship will fund up to full tuition for four years of rabbinical school. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve our country and the Jewish community, and to bring Jewish values and support to the men and women who sacrifice so much for America. The military chaplaincy can also provide excellent training for later carrier options such as hospital and school chaplaincies.
