 Rabbi Lawrence A. Hoffman's My People's Passover Haggadah: Traditional Texts, Modern Commentaries, Volumes 1 and 2 Nominated for Sophie Brody Medal My People's Passover Haggadah, co-edited by Rabbi Lawrence A. Hoffman, Ph.D., HUC-JIR Barbara and Stephen Friedman Professor of Liturgy, Worship, and Ritual, and Dr. David Arnow, was nominated for the Sophie Brody Medal, an award presented by the American Library Association "to the author of the most distinguished contribution to Jewish literature (fiction or non-fiction).
