Ad Guidelines and Deadline Information

Thank you for sharing your ad with our New York Benefit community! Your ad will be on display on this website and in the digital ad gallery shown at the event. If you prefer to not have your name/ad appear publicly on the website, please let us know at benefit@huc.edu. It will be included only in the digital ad gallery shown at the event. If you have any questions, please contact us at benefit@huc.edu.

DUE DATE FOR AD SUBMISSIONS:

Ads or ad content should be submitted within one week of purchase date for maximum online exposure in the pre-event period. Final deadline for inclusion in the journal slide presentation at the event is Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Ads received after that date will be posted for online viewing only.

AD SIZES:

  • Full Screen:  6" wide by 4" high at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher, color ad.
  • Half Screen:  3" wide by 4" high at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher, color ad.
  • Quarter Screen (same as Business card):  3.5" wide by 2" high at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher, color ad.

FORMATS:

  • Please send as .jpg, .pdf or .psd files.

PRESENTATION SLIDES:

  • Full Screen ads appear one to a slide.
  • Half Screen ads appear two to a slide.
  • Quarter Screen/Business Card ads appear four to a slide.

DESIGN YOUR AD - TWO OPTIONS:

  • You Create Your Own Ad (Camera-Ready):
    • Create the ad at the specs listed above and send to benefit@huc.edu as a .jpg, .pdf or .psd.
    • Let us know the donation level under which we should post the ad.
  • We Create Your Ad:
    • Graphics:  Send a vector logo, high-resolution photo or other artwork you would like incorporated into your ad (.jpg or .pdf preferred). 
    • Ad message:  Send text that may include a congratulatory message, company information, etc. in a Microsoft Word document.
    • Let us know the donation level under which we should post the ad.
    • Send all materials to benefit@huc.edu.
