Some recent books on Sephardic Jewry

Next week the Hebrew Union College-JIR will be co-hosting a three day conference sponsored by the Maurice Amado Foundation, together with USC’s Casden Institute, and UCLA’s Center for Jewish Studies.

“Integrating Sephardi & Mizrachi Studies”, a research & practice conference, will take place on the three campuses November 16-18, 2008.

The Frances-Henry Library, together with the Tartak Learning Center, will have a display in the lobby of HUC, featuring a selection of our Sephardic & Mizrachi materials.
