L’Chaim: Absolute Judaism (ages 21 and up)

Join college students (21 and up) from across North America for an incredible weekend of learning, celebrating Jewish life, our connection to social action, and adult beverages. Explore the role of American Jews in the Age of Prohibition and throughout American history. Engage with HUC-JIR’s world-renowned faculty and rabbinic students on the historic HUC-JIR Cincinnati campus. Spend time discovering the American Jewish response to contemporary societal issues, with the chance to explore primary source documents at the Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives: the largest free-standing research center dedicated solely to the study of the American Jewish experience.

Together we will ask: How does my Jewish identity affect my sense of social responsibility? How have Jews been involved in the building and betterment of this country?  What can I do to get involved in initiatives that are of interest to me?
