When creating a brochure or ad to promote a program or advertise an event, use the format guidelines below. The typefaces Erazure or ITC Franklin Gothic Condensed Demi are used for headlines. Use the HUC-JIR colors wherever possible to complement and reinforce the logo colors. Use ITC Franklin Gothic Condensed Book or Adobe Garamond for text. Before printing, posting or distributing, brochures and ads must be approved by the HUC-JIR National Office of Public Affairs. Please allow a minimum of three working days for the brochure or ad approval.
NOTE: HUC-JIR faculty and staff can find logos and templates for letterheads, memos, fax cover sheets, etc. in Word Perfect and Microsoft Word format in the shared drive in the logos, templates, and fonts folders. If you have any questions, contact the webmaster at firstname.lastname@example.org or Jeanie Rosensaft at email@example.com.
