Rabbi Benjamin Hollander z"l served as a beloved teacher at HUC-JIR's Taube Family Campus in Jerusalem for many years. Please join us for a book launch of Rabbi Hollander's newly published book of teachings on Parashat haShavua, To Be Continued, edited by Rabbi Michael Schwartz, on February 20, 2018 at 7:30 pm at Kehilat Yedidya in Jerusalem, hosted by Rabbis for Human Rights and the Hollander family.

Rabbi Hollander was beloved for his teaching of Torah as well as for the kindness he radiated in exemplifying his teachings in life. He was among the foremost disciples of Nechama Leibowitz and served as her longtime teaching assistant. Rabbi Hollander augmented his mastery of the classic Torah commentaries and midrash with a deep sensitivity to a text’s literary aspects and psychological insights. Rabbi Hollander was a founding member of Rabbis for Human Rights.
