Dr. Lesley Litman serves as the Director of the Executive M.A. Program in Jewish Education and Online Instructional Support Coordinator.
Drawing upon a decade of experience developing a high-quality hybrid graduate educational experience for the EMA, Dr. Litman has taken a lead role in HUC’s efforts to provide faculty with training and support for more effective online teaching. Dr. Litman will provide one-on-one faculty support, organize workshops, and oversee the other ways that HUC is aiming for excellence in online instruction.
Dr. Litman holds a doctorate in Jewish education from The Jewish Theological Seminary, as well as a B.A. in Economics from UMass Amherst and an M.A. in Jewish Studies from Hebrew College. She consults to The iCenter in the area of curriculum design and professional development in Israel education. Her research interests focus on the connection between curriculum and innovation in congregational education.
