 Update Request Form User Instructions This page looks almost identical to the directory search form. The only differences are its title and a place to click to create a new entry. However, when you do a search on this page, each resulting entry is preceded by a link labelled "update". If you click one of those "update" links, you will see a form with the fields filled out corresponding to the result that you selected. If you click "create a new entry" on the earlier page, you will see the same form with all of the fields empty. Notice that the "update" button on the bottom of the form is already selected. You are now free to change any and all of the fields. When they contain appropriate information, touch the button labeled "This entry", and your request will be sent to John Bruggeman for verification and processing.
