The Campaign Director is responsible for the management of the annual community campaign and specific affinity divisions as assigned, including the development of staff and lay leadership and formulating short and long-term strategies to increase the campaign at all levels. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for directing the major strategic, operational, and managerial functions of the Federation's Annual Campaign. Has oversight responsibility for annual Federation $2,000-$10,000 campaign. Analyzes data, creates comprehensive campaign plans, calendar and establishes benchmarks for evaluation. Will supervise staff of all affinity groups of the Campaign which currently include the growing Business Leadership Council, Young Adults Division and Women's Philanthropy. Cultivates, solicits, and stewards a portfolio of leadership and major donors. Develops and implements strategies to identify and incorporate new donors in the campaign to enlarge the donor base.

The Jewish Community Endowment Fund is comprised of unrestricted, restricted, and designated funds, over 900 donor-advised funds, and over 70 supporting foundations. The Endowment Fund stands as the community's reserve fund to respond to emergencies and provide seed money for new programs to ensure the future. Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, Jewish Community Endowment Fund, the Director of Gift Planning is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of all operational functions within the Endowment department; staffs endowment committees and Supporting Foundations; and supervises Endowment staff. The Director of Gift Planning is a member of the senior management group and senior leadership team and will actively participate in formulating policies and developing long-range goals and objectives for the Jewish Community Endowment Fund.

The Senior Education Planner will be the lead professional responsible for setting direction and providing oversight for the Jewish Community Federation (JCF) work in creating vibrant communities of Jewish learning in the Bay Area. The Community Campaign Manager is responsible for the management of the annual community campaign and specific campaign affinity groups as assigned, including the development of staff and lay leadership and formulating short and long-term strategies to increase the campaign at all levels. The community campaign team targets donors who give or have the potential to give between $1000 and $9999 using a group work model. In partnership with lay leaders and professional colleagues, the Community Campaign Manager plans, implements, and evaluates a creative and aggressive campaign plan and upgrade strategies for all affinity networks of donors with similar interests.
