Course Essentials:

Study at your own pace and schedule
Access video segments, readings, bibliographies and online discussions at any hour of the day and from any computer with an Internet connection. Readings will be drawn from your own libraries, from books you may want to purchase, and excerpts/articles posted online.
 
90 minute “Live Sessions” in our Adobe Connect Virtual Classroom
Tues., Feb. 4 & 11, Wed., Mar. 5 & 26, 2014, 1-2:30 pm EASTERN
Participate via computer and/or phone. These "real time" sessions will be recorded for later viewing.
 
A bi-weekly “Discussion Forum”
The class will be divided into two discussion groups. Each group will alternate posting their responses to the weekly question on Sakai. This course Forum is where you will engage with other Alumni and with Dr. Marmur.
 
*Sakai – Our Online Collaborative Learning Environment
Access the course and all of our online material in the HUC-JIR Course Management System called Sakai. Your username and a password will be sent to you once we process your registration.
 
Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email from the HUC-JIR Department of eLearning with complete instructions on how to take advantage of all of the resources and technology available. The talented team at desupport@huc.edu will guide you and answer your questions throughout the course.
