Join us as we focus on Visionary Synagogues, a soon-to-be published (Alban Press in 2010) study of the long-term effects of congregational change initiatives, conducted by Isa Aron, Steven M. Cohen, Lawrence Hoffman and Ari Y. Kelman.

• In the morning, join us for a discussion with Isa Aron on how to bring far-reaching and long lasting change based on her work with ECE and S2K.
• In the afternoon, join us for a conversation on a developmental approach to leadership development

Funding for this Day of Learning comes from the Lieberman Family Fund for Continuing RHSOE Alumni Education and is supported by alumni dues. To support this programming we are asking for a contribution of $18 for RHSOE Alumni Association members-in-good-standing and $36 for non-members.
