 Dr. Reuven Firestone will present on Whirling Dervishes of al-Rumi at UCLA, April 4th, and on new film on the Crusades, "Kingdom of Heaven," at USC on April 18th Dr. Reuven Firestone, Professor of Medieval Jewish Studies, will present the introduction to the Sufi poetry and philosophy of al-Rumi for the "Whirling Dervishes of al-Rumi" dance program at UCLA's Royce Hall on Monday evening, April 4th.
