 Marcus Center's fellowship seminar with Dr. Cornelia Wilhelm of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich, Germany On behalf of Dr. Gary P. Zola and the administration of The Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives, we invite you to join us at another of The Marcus Center's 2004/2005 fellowship seminars. Please join us on March 22 at 4 p.m. to hear Dr. Cornelia Wilhelm of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich, Germany. Dr. Wilhelm has been a frequent visitor to The Marcus Center and is this year's Bernard and Audre Rapoport Fellow. Dr. Wilhelm recently completed a landmark study of the B'nai B'rith which was published in German and which will soon be translated into English. Dr. Wilhelm's current research focuses on the motivation and efforts of exiled German rabbis in seeking a Jewish answer to the Holocaust. The title of her seminar lecture will be: German Rabbis in Exile, 1933-1989 Tuesday March 22, 2005 4 p.m. 3rd Floor Seminar Room of the Edwin A. Malloy Education Building Please join us on March 15 at 4 p.m. to hear Ms. Katie Otis of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Otis is a Ph.D. candidate in the History Department at UNC and is this year's recipient of the Rabbi Theodore S. Levy Tribute Fellowship. Ms. Otis's doctoral studies focus on the history of aging in the U.S. with a focus on post-war retirement in Dade County, Florida. The title of Ms. Otis's seminar lecture will be: South Florida's Jewish Community and the American Retirement Revolution Tuesday March 15, 2005 4 p.m. 3rd Floor Seminar Room of the Edwin A.
