New York, NY
The HUC-JIR/New York Student Association is sponsoring a Happy Hour at West 3rd Commons on Thursday, February 27th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm to help raise money in the fight against Pediatric Cancer.
HUC-JIR students across all campuses are all joining forces to support the “36 Rabbis Shave for the Brave Campaign,” the proceeds of which go to the St. Baldrick's Foundation, a volunteer-driven charity known for funding more childhood cancer research grants that any other organization outside of the US government.
Admission for the Happy Hour Fundraiser, $36, will be collected at the door. This charge covers an Open Bar that will last 2 hours, and $11 of the admission fee will be donated to the St. Baldrick's foundation through the “36 Rabbis Shave for the Brave Campaign.”
If you are unable to attend the fundraiser and still want to donate to this wonderful and important cause (or if you want to make an additional donation!), you can follow the link below. It will take you to the HUC-JIR Students page where you can find out more about the campaign/organization. Please also feel free to share this link with anyone else who might want to donate to this worthy cause!
Thank you for your help in the fight against Pediatric Cancer!
