HUC-JIR offers educational programs at four centers of learning – Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Jerusalem and New York - to prepare rabbis, cantors, educators, nonprofit Jewish professionals and scholars for a life-long career. HUC-JIR is proud to have academic partnerships with a number of high ranking institutions, including the University of Cincinnati, the University of Southern California, New York University, and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. These associations provide cross-registration privileges, the use of libraries and other facilities, joint course offerings and cooperative degrees. Rabbinical students at the Los Angeles School have an opportunity to enroll in selected courses at the American Jewish University. Students of the New York School also have an opportunity to enroll in selected courses at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.

From study in Israel to learning State-side with the best scholars in the areas of classical and modern Jewish texts, you will become immersed in Jewish learning while translating it to on the ground experience through field work opportunities.
